East Fife Football Club is committed to ensuring full participation of all, as we recognise racism, sexism and other forms of discrimination, both institutional and personal are widespread in our society.

Our commitment is, to confront and eliminate discrimination of all kinds. We will not tolerate, amongst other things, racist chanting or any form of verbal abuse. Any person found carrying this out will be removed from the Ground.

To ensure full participation of all; we, as a club, will not accept discriminatory practice by anyone, either Board Member, Volunteer, Player or Supporter. Any form of discrimination will be regarded as serious and will lead to disciplinary action by the Board of Management.
